Ecore acquires scrap recycler Recylux

The Dutch recycling group Ecore is expanding its activities with the take-over of the Luxembourg-based ferrous and non-ferrous scrap recycler Recylux which will be integrated into Ecore group, the company announced on Tuesday. According to Ecore, Recylux processes around 1m tonnes of scrap annually and generates annual revenues of €300m. The company employs 250 people and operates 11 collection and processing centres in the Benelux countries and France.
