German metals recycler Alba SE reported higher revenues but lower earnings in the 2022 business year. According to its financial report, the publicly listed company generated a consolidated turnover of €406m, as compared to €378m in the prior year. Operating earnings (Ebit) declined from €13.4m to €11.5m but were above the targeted range of €9-11m. The company expects a further decline in earnings for the 2023 business year.
