The international steel group Arcelor-Mittal intends to become the new owner of the Dutch ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals recycler Riwald. The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) announced that Arcelor-Mittal had notified its plans to buy the entire Riwald Group, including its Dutch subsidiaries Riwald Recycling Beverwijk B.V. and Riwald Exploitatie B.V. and its German arm Riwald GmbH.
