Dutch waste to energy (wte) plant operator AVR is evaluating the use of technology from the Swedish company Halosep AB for local treatment of its fly ash and flue gas cleaning residues. Halosep and AVR had taken a first step toward a cooperation in June with the signing of an agreement covering a feasibility study, a conceptual design and the preparation of all documents required for the environmental permitting process, the companies said in a 29 June statement. ...
