The Jakob Becker group has sold its subsidiaries in Croatia and Serbia to the Italian waste management company Itelyum. With the conclusion of the sales agreement of last week, "the Becker group's management is now focusing even more intently on its strengths and expertise in the German and Austrian waste management market," the company said.
