Industrial waste recycling group Befesa generated lower revenue in 2025. According to preliminary figures released last week, revenue declined by 5 per cent to €1.18bn. Nevertheless, adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) rose by 14 per cent, reaching a new all-time high of €243m. The adjusted Ebitda margin improved significantly from 17.2 per cent to 20.5 per cent and, according to Befesa, reflects the quality of earnings growth achieved during the year.
