Big bag recycling plant to be built in northern France

Adivalor, the operator of France’s agricultural waste recovery and recycling scheme, is joining forces with the company Novus to build a recycling plant for big bags from the agricultural sector. The new facility, which will have a recycling capacity of 10,000 tonnes of plastic waste per year, is scheduled to go into operation in June 2023 at a location in Gisors, Normandy, the partners announced in late August. Novus is said to be investing more than €10m euros in the project.
