Carbios net loss widens despite cost cuts

French enzymatic recycling company Carbios cut operating expenses sharply in the 2025, in part through a substantial reduction in headcount. As a result, its operating loss narrowed to about €25m from roughly €32m a year earlier, according to the company, which markets a recycling process for PET and polyester.
