Insolvency proceedings were opened against German chemical recycling company Carboliq in early June. The published insolvency notice cites the company's inability to pay its debts and its over-indebtedness as the grounds for the proceedings. The local court in Wuppertal appointed Holger Rhode of commercial law firm Görg as insolvency administrator.
