Chemical recycler Pryme to delist after Rotterdam plant shutdown

Plastics recycler Pryme has closed its only operational pyrolysis plant after persistent technical problems and mounting financial pressure. According to minutes from an extraordinary shareholders meeting held on 4 May, the chemical recycling company also plans to delist from the Euronext Growth Oslo exchange.

At the time of its 2021 stock market listing, Pryme had set out plans to build a European network of chemical recycling plants for plastic waste. Its flagship project was the "Pryme One" facility in the Botlek area of the port of Rotterdam....
