US chemicals concern Eastman has made a preliminary decision in its search for a French site on which to locate a major "molecular recycling" facility for waste plastics. The company announced on 30 March that it had now entered "an exclusive negotiation with Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine as the preferred location"....
