The European Organisation for Packaging and the Environment (Europen) says the new guidance on the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) is insufficient to provide the clarity businesses need for implementation. According to the industry association, the document published by the European Commission at the beginning of this week contains "critical gaps".
