The delayed Ness Energy from Waste Facility in Scotland was to reach a key milestone on Monday. According to the Aberdeen City Council, the plant in East Tullos was to accept first delivery of waste materials for commissioning purposes on 27 February. The facility is now in the hot commissioning phase, during which the plant will begin processing a limited amount of waste, explained the council. The facility is now expected to become fully operational "later in 2023"....
