The German offshoot of Belgian hazardous waste group Indaver has sold its subsidiary Frassur GmbH to the utility Energieversorgung Offenbach AG (EVO) in order to focus on its core activities. Frassur is a leading waste logistics company in the greater Frankfurt region with a focus on commercial waste, according to the former parent company. The value of the transaction, which was approved by the German competition authority, was not disclosed. Indaver Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries HIM GmbH and AVG GmbH specialise on the treatment of hazardous wastes, the remediation of contaminated sites, and "total waste management" for industry companies.
