Chemicals group Lyondell Basell has more than halved its 2030 target for recycled and renewable-based polymers, scaling back ambitions it announced just a year ago. The company said on Monday that it now aims to produce and sell 800,000 tonnes of renewable and recycled polymers per year by 2030.
One year ago, the target had stood at 2 million tonnes. The updated goal will not impact supply commitments or commercial contracts, according to the announcement....
