Jersey-based investment company 3i Infrastructure is moving ahead with its plans to divest its remaining holding in the Dutch waste management company Attero. Preparations for a sale were "at an advanced stage", the company said in a pre-close update issued late last week. The company said, as it had when it announced its plan to sell in January, that "Attero is a high-quality asset in the circular economy and we are expecting strong interest from potential purchasers”.
3i Infrastructure first invested in Attero in June of 2018, acquiring at the time a 50 per cent stake in the energy from waste plant operator....
