RCS has acquired a stake in Croatian PET recycler Rekis.

The RCS Group from Germany is expanding its involvement in Southeast Europe. The PET recycling specialist has acquired a stake in the recycling company Rekis, based in Donja Dubrava in northeastern Croatia. The transaction is retroactive to the beginning of the year.
