French environmental services group Veolia has disclosed the result of its most recent employee share offering which closed early this month. Of the 190,000 employees in 56 countries eligible to participate, more than 86,500 chose to invest in this year's "Sequoia" programme. The subscription rate of nearly 45 per cent was the highest in the company's history. Veolia has run the programme annually since 2018.
Competitor Suez announced the results of its second offering of shares to employees earlier this month. Its workers now have a combined holding of 4.5 per cent....
