The Renault automotive group plans to acquire full ownership of the French end-of-life vehicle (ELV) recycling network Indra. The takeover is to be carried out by the Renault subsidiary "The Future is Neutral" (TFIN), according to a notification of the transaction published online by the French competition authority.
