The investment firm Altor has acquired Renewcell's remaining assets, the Swedish textiles recycler announced on Tuesday. Renewcell, which had set up an industrial-scale recycling plant for cotton textiles in Sundsvall, Sweden, based on its fibre-to-fibre process filed for bankruptcy in February of this year. None of the financial details of today's transaction were disclosed. The company is now to operate as "Circulose", using the brand name under which the company's recycled fibre is marketed....
