The Dutch Repeats group has made another acquisition, this time scooping up the French RG group. According to its new owner, RG produces recycled LDPE from a location in south-eastern France, near Lyon. Repeats says that it planned to spend €45m in connection with the acquisition. In addition to the sales price, the figure also includes the investment needed to make RG more sustainable and to automate it with the latest technology, according to the sales announcement. ...
