German ferrous scrap recycler Scholz ended 2022 with lower revenues, sales volumes and earnings than it posted a year earlier. According to the latest figures from its Chinese parent company Chiho Environmental Group, Scholz's revenues fell by just under 7 per cent to the equivalent of just under €2.1bn. The group blamed lower scrap prices and declining volumes for the weaker performance.
