Sims Limited has raised its earnings guidance for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, citing continued strength in non-ferrous markets and an improvement in ferrous trading conditions.
In an earnings update issued last week, the Australian recycler said that it now expects underlying earnings before interest and tax (Ebit) of AUD420m-435m for its 2025/26 financial year. This is the equivalent of €257-266m, and exceeds the top end of the earnings corridor of AUD350m-400m the company had projected in March....
