Source One's dry pre-treatment plant for difficult-to-recycle post-consumer plastics is to be built in Northern Germany.

Construction will begin this month on a new post-sorting and treatment plant for post-consumer plastics in the German state of Lower Saxony, the recently founded German-Dutch joint venture Source One Plastics has announced.

The businesses behind Source One Plastic are chemicals concern LyondellBasell, which holds a 49 per cent stake in the company, and 23 Oaks Investments, headed by Kai Hoyer, who is also managing director at Source One....
