Stora Enso will sell its Maxau SC paper mill in Germany to a subsidiary of the the Schwarz Group, the parent company to the Lidl discount retail chain. The paper and forest products company, which announced the sale on Tuesday morning, said that the deal was expected to close in the beginning of 2023, at the latest, subject to regulatory approvals.
The divestment process for three of the concern's other paper mills is ongoing....
