Tetra Pak invested nearly €30m in recycling projects worldwide last year, and now plans to invest up to €40m a year over the next years. In a statement issued in the run-up to Earth Day on 22 April, the packaging manufacturer explained that the selected projects were focused on creating additional recycling capacity and increasing collection rates via “multi-stakeholder cooperation”, as well as on ensuring that materials from post-consumer beverage cartons can re-enter the economy....
