Municipal Waste Europe (MWE) has elected a new board, with Tony Clark, managing director and chief executive of Sweden's Avfall Sverige, taking over as president following the organisation's general assembly on 17 June. He succeeds Federico Foschini of Italy's Utilitalia, who had led the umbrella group representing European municipal waste management organisations and local authorities for the past four years....
