Remondis's metals recycling subsidiary TSR and Rhenus Automotive have formed a joint venture to reuse and recycle lithium ion batteries from the mobility sector. The German sister companies, which both belong to the Rethmann group, have established The Battery Lifecycle Company GmbH (BLC) to cover the entire lifecycle of vehicle batteries with a focus on repair, reuse and recycling.
