The secondary raw materials business Barko s.r.o. is based outside of Brno, the Czech Republic's second largest city.

TSR Czech Republic plans to acquire the scrap recycling company Barko s.r.o., which is based out of Zastávka, west of the city of Brno. According to the notice posted by the Czech Office for the Protection of Economic Competition (ÚOHS), a merger review was launched on 10 January.
