Following a months-long search, French environmental services concern Suez has moved closer to appointing a new CEO. The company announced on Tuesday that its nomination and compensation committee had unanimously recommended Xavier Girre to the board of directors for appointment. If approved by the board, Mr Girre would succeed Sabrina Soussan, who stepped down in January after three years in the role....
