After breaking the 9,000-dollar mark in mid-January, the LME copper price remained at or above that level in the fourth week of January. Minor upward and downward fluctuations had the exchange price moving between $9,200 and $9,300 per tonne last week. There were also only minor price movements on the non-ferrous scrap metal market....
