Diwass: Commission proposes temporarily allowing continued use of paper Annex VII forms

The EU Waste Shipment Regulation will require documents to be exchanged via the new Digital Waste Shipments System (Diwass) from 21 May 2026. The obligation also applies to the Annex VII form which must accompany transboundary transports not subject to the notification procedure.
