Plastic packaging is among the focal points of amendments to the European Commission's proposal for an EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) that will be considered by the European Parliament. The amendments are included in a draft report on the legislative text that was submitted by rapporteur Frédérique Ries to the Parliament's Environment Committee last week.
