Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain have joined in calling on the European Commission to take immediate action to support the European plastics recycling industry. In a "clear call" to European Environment Commissioner Jessika Roswall, they warned that recyclers face mounting pressure from unfair global competition and high energy costs, and set out a list of measures the Commission should take to address the current crisis....
