The e-waste division of scrap recycling group Sims Metal Management has expanded its presence in the European asset management sector, taking over ErgoTrade AG in Germany and Device in the Netherlands. Both companies are active in the buy-back, processing and remarketing of business IT equipment. The value of the transactions, which Sims announced on Wednesday, was not disclosed.
