The German company Faun will transfer its hazardous waste container operations to Bauer GmbH, effective 1 January 2013. With the move, the company plans to focus more closely on its core waste collection vehicle activities. In addition to manufacturing new containers, Bauer is also to take over customer service and replacement part supply operations.
The segment's production and product manager of many years, Uwe Gehrt, will also join Bauer GmbH.
