The German company Saria Bio Industries GmbH is strengthening its partnership with the British PDM Group. Saria, which is part of the Rethmann group, increased its stake in the British firm from 10 per cent acquired in 2010 to a majority holding. PDM Group specialises in the recovery and recycling of animal by-products and food waste. Both the parties, which announced the agreement on Wednesday, declined to disclose financial details of the transaction.
