The Swedish recycling company Stena Metall AB successfully completed the take-over of the Norwegian scrap recycler Norsk Metallretur (NMR) after getting the approval of the Norwegian Competition Authority, Stena reported last week. The value of the transaction, announced in August, was not disclosed. According to Stena, which is already present in Norway through its subsidiary Stena Recycling AS, Norsk Metallretur maintains 12 sites across the country and employs 130 people.
