Suez to build SRF power plant for Novacarb in eastern France and sorting facility in Toulon

The environmental services group Suez announced two new projects for its waste recovery and recycling business in December. The chemical company Humens wants to use solid recovered fuel (SRF) instead of coal to provide energy to its subsidiary Novacarb in the Lorraine region of France. In the middle of December, Humens and Suez announced the construction of an SRF power plant for the La Madeleine production site in Laneuveville-devant-Nancy in a joint press release.
