Businesses on Poland's recovered paper market were readying themselves for the first price increases of the New Year as January drew to a close. Demand was described as healthy on the whole and picking up noticeably from one day to the next, according to the latest EUWID market report. Ordering had apparently remained steady over Christmas and the New Year, too, given that only a few Polish paper mills held stoppages. German buyers were actively ordering in Poland at present.
