Austrian petrochemicals group OMV wants to cooperate with Scottish engineering firm John Wood Group to market its ReOil chemical recycling technology. The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding and aim by mid-2023 to enter into a binding mutually exclusive collaboration agreement for the commercial licensing of the ReOil technology developed by OMV. This will include exploring the potential to “integrate some of Wood’s other complementary technologies” in the recycling process....
