Paprec to expand plastic recycling capacity in Verdun

The French waste management company Paprec has announced that it will invest €15m in the expansion of its Paprec Plastiques recycling facility in Verdun.

The French waste management and recycling concern explained that the investment would more than double its production of recycled polypropylene pellets at the site. Until now, the Meuse facility had a capacity of 12,000 tonnes of recycled polypropylene (PP) per year from industrial waste. In 2024, its production is to increase increase to 30,000 tonnes per year. A 2,800 m² extension is to be built to house the new processing equipment....
