German packaging producer Südpack has acquired a majority stake in the chemical recycling firm Carboliq. Südpack previously held 31 per cent of the company, while the remaining shares were held by Clean Cycle Investments (31 per cent) and Recenso GmbH (38 per cent). In a transaction that took effect from 2 January, Südpack acquired the stake held by Glean Cycle Investments and now owns 62 per cent of Carboliq....
