Last week, we reported that all documents related to the development consent order decision for MVV's planned waste to energy (wte) plant in Wisbech had been removed from the Planning Inspectorate's web shortly after publication. Those documents were reinstated on 27 February "with no alterations having been made".
As part of our coverage, we had also noted that Fenland Council was to consider seeking legal advice.
