Work on the Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant (Lsep) project is to resume under the direction of a new engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) contractor. The project's owner, a joint venture between investor Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and the waste management company FCC Environment (UK) announced at the end of January that Black & Veatch had been appointed to deliver the £480m (€543m) facility.
