Modest decreases to buying-in price for copper scrap were still being reported.

After the crash of the copper price at the beginning of the month, the LME prices stabilised in the second week of October just below the 8,000 dollar mark. The scrap metal wholesale trade reports prices between stable and slightly falling for week 41.
