European Commission consults on new taxonomy criteria

The European Commission has released draft legislation fleshing out details of the Taxonomy Regulation and is gathering feedback on the draft through a consultation. Among the economic activities that would be covered by the delegated act are activities in the areas of waste management, contaminated site remediation, plastic packaging, electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), portable batteries and construction and demolition.
