Quantafuel to sell Geminor holding back to founders

Geminor's founders are reacquiring full control of the company, repurchasing the 40 per cent stake that they sold to the chemical recycling company Quantafuel in 2020. Quantafuel said in stock exchange release issued on Monday morning that the transaction involved a total consideration of NOK80m (ca. €7m) and would return 100 per cent control of the company to Geminor's CEO Kjetil Vikingstad and co-owner Ralf Schöpwinkel. The transaction is expected to be completed on or about 20 April 2023. The transaction is taking place in connection with the expected sale of Quantafuel to British waste management company Viridor, which yesterday announced a further extension of the deadline for acceptance of its offer to Quantafuel shareholders. ...
